It is with a heavy heart that we advise that Sewing Adventures, as we know it is closing at the end of June 2025. Our small business started over 7 years ago with the dream to share our love of sewing in a new format. We hit it with gusto! Over the years, we have proudly taught thousands of adults and children to sew and expand their sewing skills

We survived Covid time and time again, have been blessed with many amazing teachers and so many wonderful students - many who are now sewing friends.

As many of you know our family sadly lost our both our parents late last year, adding to that our adorable and quirky little shop is going on the market - this turn of events has let us reevaluate, reflect, and make new decisions for Sewing Adventures.

We understand that many of you will be sad but it is all ok x Times change, people grow and exciting things come our way.

There are new things to come! We will still be running our amazing Sewing Destash Markets in SEQLD, we have some exciting Retreat information coming soon and we will be moving forward with a product that we will be retailing and wholesaling throughout Australia - a brand new adventure.

We thank you for all your love and support. If you have been wanting to join us then NOW is the time. We are going out with fireworks! Amazing guest teachers and all our fav classes. Thank you for all the sewing love xxx

Sewing Adventures is all about your own personal journey based on your skill level and desire for sewing knowledge.

With a range of courses, workshops, masterclasses and sewing events - Sewing Adventures has something for all ages and all levels of experience.  From aspirational seven year olds, to those who remember sewing in home economics and onwards to those who want to refresh their sewing skills - we cater for all levels with speciaised classes and courses.

Sewing is an amazing skill.  You can learn to sew and create your own homewares, quilting projects, craft sewing, fabulous dressmaking, kids clothing, unique bags  -all based on your fabric, theme and pattern.

Our Studio has amazing teachers who will share their knowledge and experience with you in a fun and friendly environment. Our airconditioned Salisbury Sewing Studio is our home and our set up is there seven days a week in an historic old corner store.
