Have a passion to learn about Japanese slow stitching?
Join us for a two half days of all things stitching with Nicole from 4Ever Blue Creations.
This new exciting weekend course has been carefully curated to develop your love of slow stitching, Japanese textile art and bag making.
Your will create a Zipper Bag with Sashiko Stitching, Perfect for storing make up, keys, phone, pens/pencils, craft supplies and all other little bits and pieces, large enough to use as a small clutch purse.
Your Kit will include carefully chosen fabric patches from Nicole's well curated collection of Linen, Japanese Cotton and Silk. You will learn to hand-embroider them unto the base cloth with matching and/or contrasting threads, using a straight Sashiko stitch - hence you will need to do some mindful homework between day one and day two. The photos below of the kits are indicative only.
